In Spite of
COVID-19 Outbreak,
ADMI Delivered Enhanced Personnel Training
Challenge:
A multinational OEM producer of agricultural and construction equipment was dissatisfied with the consistency of their contracted After-Sales training services, conducted throughout the US and Canada. The training vendor provided multiple facilitators, each with their own methods and materials.
Solution:
Having worked with the OEM for over eight years, providing Parts Investment Management training, ADMI was asked to provide a new After-Sales training solution. The new program commenced in January 2020 and was quickly supplemented with development and deployment of a Parts Sales seminar. ADMI’s Personnel Training expertise provided a consistent, enhanced training product to the OEM’s dealer service and parts team members.
With the advent of the COVID-19 outbreak, ADMI rapidly transitioned the in-person training format to online remote learning, including repurposing all training materials to take better advantage of the online format.
Result:
Throughout the US and Canada, dealer staff are accessing a safe and consistently-applied online training program. In addition, program savings are being realized by the OEM in the form of lower per-person cost — due to the elimination of travel time and associated expenses. New scheduling flexibility inherent in the program format has also significantly increased overall satisfaction.
